I am commanded by the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury to acquaint you
that they have had before them a letter from the Secretary to the Commissioners
of Customs requesting that a Copy of the 1st Supplement to the list of Copyright works,
transmitted therewith, may be forwarded to the Governor of Hong Kong.
Their Lordships have desired me to transmit to you the said letter with its enclosures and to request that you will
cause the same to be forwarded accordingly.
